Feat:Enhancing the UI/UX of the privacy.html page

Describe the feature

The privacy.html page as of now is okay...But it is not that interactive...So I wish to change the UI/UX of the privacy.html page by creating components that have hover effect and display the text on hover .This enhances the user experience and user interaction
