Clean up jpeg conversion step names

I think it'd be good if we could consolidate our steps like jpg conversion into one step name. Right now we have several and none of them appear on my dashboard under 7 days activity

I looked at all current step names and their content and propose the following changes:

new task name: 90 days delay
steps: 90 day delay, 90 days delay

new task name: Audio/Video data import
steps: Audio data import, Video data import, Audio (Video) data import

new task name: JP2 upload
steps: Image capturing, Image upload, JP2 upload

new task name: Automatic METS edition
steps: automatic metadata creation, Automatic METS edition

new task name: Copy files to media folder
steps: Video data conversion, Audio (Video) data conversion, Audio conversion, Audio data conversion

new task name: Copy files to master folder
steps: Copy files, Copy JP2 images to media folder, Create derivates

new task name: Image conversion JP2
steps: Image conversion, Image conversion grok

new task name: Image conversion JPEG
steps: jpeg compression, Image conversion JPG, Automatic: Create JPEG derivatives

new task name: Delete all files
steps: Image Deletion, jpeg deletion

I've had a thought this week about this stuff and this is my thoughts on the proposed changes above.

proposed change: 90 day wait
new task name: 90 days delay
steps: 90 day delay, 90 days delay

Further proposed change on the above: Instead of deleting the master files first and then the derivatives, we should delete all files after 90 day wait. No splitting between 15 and 90 days this time.

Also is there a way to put a message in the journal when the 90 day wait starts to report which date the step will move on? Like "90 day wait until December 31st" or something like that.
