One font doesn't load from custom font dir

I have this setup:

	font_locator = "ConfigDirsOnly",

}

have 2 font files fonts/ProggySquare.ttf and fusion-pixel-12px-monospaced-zh_hans.ttf. ProggySquareTT loads correctly but Fusion Pixel 10px Monospaced zh_hans doesn't, the characters rendered as blank squares (they do work if I remove font_locator = "ConfigDirsOnly" and use the installed system font). What could be going wrong here, or is there a way to debug this?
