[Enhancement] Store the zoom level of the Rain Radar Map

When opening the Rain Radar Map the location is always centered in the map and the zoom level is initially always the same.
Sometimes it is more interesting to see the area e.g. more in the west from where the weather is coming or to see it more in detail and zooming-in to it. But after closing the Rain Radar Map and re-opening it the choosen position and zoom level are lost and you have to redo the navigation again.

It would be great when they would be persistent.

saving latest zoom level (but not individually for each location) might be an idea to think about.
But not any offsets. That would confuse...
