Editor: text color resets when starting a new paragrap #21576

Expected behavior

When I start a new paragraph while editing a post/page, I expect the color of the text to remain the same.

Actual behavior

Currently, the color resets when starting a new paragraph

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Edit a post
Change the color of the text
Go to next paragraph
See the text color resets

Tested on Google Pixel 3A, Android v12, WordPress for Android v25.5 and Jetpack for iOS v25.5
