Expected behavior

It start wp.com login

Actual behavior

It lets you choose between wp.com and self-hosted first

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Add a self-hosted site
Open "Me" tab
Tap "Log in" in the "WordPress.com Account" section

Tested on [device], iOS [version], Jetpack iOS / WordPress iOS [version]
