Lazy Loading option is not working

A user reported an issue when attempting to enable the Lazy Loading feature via the Jetpack app. Upon testing with the latest version (25.3.2), the following behavior was observed:

Lazy Loading feature was removed from Jetpack some time ago. If the feature is no longer supported, it may be best to remove the option from the app to avoid confusion. Alternatively, if the feature is still supported, the error and inconsistent behavior should be addressed.

Expected behavior

The Lazy Loading feature should either activate successfully or be unavailable if it is no longer supported.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Navigate to My Site → More
2. Tap Site Settings and go to Speed up your site
3. Toggle on the "Lazy Loading" feature

Tested on iPhone 13, iOS v18.0.1, Jetpack iOS v25.4.2
