[bug] 酒店 “市“与”市“下面的“区” 没有包含关系。 #43

描述：
在酒店模块
当选择云南省-保山市-隆阳区时显示结果中有：
“ 蓝天里花园酒店”

但是当选择云南省 -保山市时却没有“蓝天里花园酒店”的信息。建议是：考虑修改使其有包含的关系
。

这块目前我们无法完成，因为我们暂时没有后端来维护这层关系，而数据中的 保山市 和 保山市-隆阳区 是没有包含关系的。。建议数据组在处理的时候做处理 @frank-zsy
