Turn by turn navigation

Currently it is only possible to create a route but it isn't possible to let osmapp navigate the user through the route. It would be really helpfull if turn by turn navigation would be available.

I've already started to work on that and will open a very basic and buggy pr this week.

I think this issue is also appropriate for the roadmap #507
