zcash-inspect: Add options for connecting to lightwalletd for transparent input retrieval.

At present, zcash-inspect isn't terribly easy to use because you have to manually provide transparent input information in an undocumented format. It would be simple enough to add an option to retrieve that via a lightwalletd server instead.
