What happened

The fan controlled by Pico GPIO pin 17 has stopped spinning. The exact source of this issue is currently unknown. However, the elf file created from seahawk.c has not been modified since it was last running properly, so this may indicate that it is a hardware problem. It is worth noting that the thrusters, which are also controlled by the Pico, are still functioning properly.
