Some map services not working with View on Map

The Web Service does not load into the viewer when using View on Map (does not connect it one it seems)

FYI, this is not only an issue with GEO.ca but seems for the viewer. The web service, is specifically configured as ArcGIS ImageServer

• Can this be corrected? or
• checked if it will work/can in GeoView? or
• grey-out the view on map option for these types

This looks like an issue with the geonetwork service not returning any layers for this ID. The viewer tries to fetch the following: https://maps.canada.ca/geonetwork/srv/api/v2/docs/en/7a098ea9-cc31-4d79-b326-89f6cd1fbb7d but an empty array is returned instead of the layers to be included.

@bo-lu is this related to the recent issues with the datacube harvester?

@jaredkinger @bo-lu The HRDEM Mosaic WMS is not loading in the View on Map. The WMS connects fine in QGIS and it works well in OpenMaps on Open Gov.
