Dashboard: filtering options

Add user-selectable filtering to the Dashboard so users can narrow which files are displayed without changing their sorting order.

Initial requested filter

• Related to Hufnagel update feature request: in the file menu, indicate which files are square, and which are hufnagel #1370 : Filter by notation type: Square / Hufnagel

Additional filtering options

The complete set of useful filters is still to be decided. Please add desired filtering criteria and use cases in this thread so they can be collected and discussed here.
