Bump the three plugin manifests, the Grok install pin, and the recipe page's sample output to 0.14.0, and write the release notes for what the tag carries since v0.13.1. Minor rather than patch: the release adds the component-profile Discover artifact type, brief and one-pager kinds in present mode with an HTML/PDF renderer, and a human-facing voice profile with a deliverable gate that reads the Story's flow. v0.13.2 and v0.13.3 are skipped. The v0.13.2 tag sits on a commit whose manifests still declared 0.13.1, and the v0.13.3 manifest bump (#49) merged in the same pull request that added release-tag.yml, so the workflow was not yet on main when the merge event fired and no tag was ever created. v0.14.0 is the first tag created by CI from the merged manifest.
