When relative-timestamps is set to false an absolute timestamp using ISO 8601 format is used for notifications. This format is hardcoded and can not be configured by the user.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add a configuration option that allows the user to provide a format string for absolute timestamps. The ISO format can be used as a fallback if no format string is specified.
