Fix keyboard flickering and bad typing behavior while typing password in revealed state for a protected PDF

Explanation of Change

Typing was not smooth while typing the password in the revealed state for protected PDFs. The reason was that the rapidly changing keyboard caused the keyboard to flicker when the password was revealed.

I've removed the getSecureEntryKeyboardType method for native Android, which was forcing keyboard-type='visible-password', which causes the keyboard to flicker.

Tests

1. Open the Expensify Android app
2. Open any chat
3. Tap on the "+" button and select "Add File"
4. Select a PDF that is protected with a password
5. Tap on "Enter the password"
6. Tap on the eye icon to reveal the password
7. Start typing the password
8. Make sure keyboard is not flickering and typing is smooth

  • I verified proper file naming conventions were followed for any new files or renamed files. All non-platform specific files are named after what they export and are not named "index.js". All platform-specific files are named for the platform the code supports as outlined in the README.
  • I verified the JSDocs style guidelines (in STYLE.md) were followed
• If a new code pattern is added I verified it was agreed to be used by multiple Expensify engineers

I think we can remove the entire src/libs/getSecureEntryKeyboardType folder assuming this function is no longer used.
