Clarify the "Passthrough" flashing method description - #805

The old text said the module is flashed "while connected to your transmitter", which reads as if the radio takes part. It doesn't: this method flashes the backpack through the USB port on the TX module, with the module's MCU put into passthrough mode to relay the data. That is a different mechanism from EdgeTX Passthrough, which does go through the radio, and the two were easy to confuse when the module is plugged into the PC over USB. Wording follows the explanation given in the issue thread. English locale only; other languages are maintained via Crowdin. Fixes ExpressLRS#698

It doesn't — this flashes the backpack through the USB port on the TX module, and that mismatch is what made the description confusing when the module is plugged straight into the PC.
