fix(react-native): re-activate a refused iOS audio session on route change - #2595
Follow-up to #2578 (RN-463). A join while another app holds non-mixable audio (FaceTime, phone call) is refused by iOS with 561017449; the audio session diagnostics tracer correctly postpones the recovery until a signal says the holder is gone, but it only listened for an interruption end, the app becoming active, or a callingx session activation.
iOS delivers no interruption to a session that was never active, and the app stays in the foreground when the FaceTime call runs in its own iPad window or when the other party hangs up. Only audio route changes reach the app in that case, and the tracer skipped them because the refusal reused the interruption latch. The call stayed silent until the app happened to go background → foreground (which is how the #2578 QA row passed).
📝 Implementation notes
AudioSessionDiagnosticsTracer: the refusal gets a latch of its own (sessionRefused), cleared by a route change in addition to the existing signals. A real interruption still blocks checks exactly as before. A refused retry spends no budget, so the extra attempts on unrelated route changes are harmless.
Tests: the refused-session test now expects a route change to retry (still refused → still postponed, no budget), plus a new case refused → route change → re-activated → recovered.
packages/react-native-sdk/CLAUDE.md rule updated.
Release signals are counted, so a signal arriving while a re-activation is still pending is not undone by that attempt's refusal (the check it scheduled would skip and no further signal may come); covered by a test (CodeRabbit finding).
Device QA (iPad 10th gen, dogfood on the v1 backport branch, same tracer code): join during a FaceTime call → refused, gate closed; FaceTime ended from the other phone → route change → reactivateAudioSession: activated=true → gate opened → single engine build with playout + recording, audio back ~1.2 s after the FaceTime call ended. Before the fix the call stayed silent.
Improved iOS audio recovery when another app controls the audio session. Recovery waits for an interruption to end, an audio route change, the app to become active, or session activation before retrying, without consuming a recovery attempt.
Audio route changes can retry session activation, including when they occur during a pending activation. Recovery checks remain paused after iOS refuses activation until a release signal arrives, helping prevent unnecessary checks and rejoins.

The refusal now has a latch of its own, cleared by a route change as well.
A refused retry costs no budget, so the extra attempts are harmless.
Found in the device QA of the v1 backport (#2593).
The iOS audio session tracer now tracks refused activation separately from interruptions. It pauses engine checks and rejoin attempts during refusal, then retries after route changes and other release signals.

Summary
Track refusal and gate recovery packages/react-native-sdk/src/providers/StreamCall/AudioSessionDiagnosticsTracer.tsx
The tracer tracks refused activation separately from interruptions. It skips engine checks, recovery, and rejoin while activation remains refused. A release signal during reactivation affects whether refusal suppression is set.
Retry on release signals packages/react-native-sdk/src/providers/StreamCall/AudioSessionDiagnosticsTracer.tsx, packages/react-native-sdk/__tests__/providers/AudioSessionDiagnosticsTracer.test.tsx, packages/react-native-sdk/CLAUDE.md
Interruption end, app foreground, CallingX session activation, and route changes signal release and schedule checks. Tests cover refusal retries, including route changes during pending activation. The documentation describes route changes as a recovery wait signal.
GetStream/stream-video-js#2578: Gates the iOS audio engine on session activation and pauses recovery after refusal. This PR adds route changes as a retry signal.
GetStream/stream-video-js#2560: Adds the audio diagnostics tracer and bounded engine recovery. This PR changes when the tracer resumes checks after refusal.
GetStream/stream-video-js#2529: Adds session reactivation and waits for a signal after refusal. This PR adds route changes as a retry signal.

- Line 247: Update the reactivation flow around reactivateAudioSession to retain
any route-change signal received while the attempt is pending, even if a later
refusal sets sessionRefused to true. Ensure the scheduled check can use that
signal to proceed with a retry when the session becomes available, without
requiring another route-change event.

…-activation
The refused-session latch is the only one set from an attempt result: a
route change (or any other release signal) arriving while the
re-activation is still pending was undone by that attempt's refusal, and
the check the signal had scheduled skipped. Release signals are counted
now and a refusal only latches when none arrived during the attempt.
