Unable to Save new target application added in ginger solution

Describe the bug
I am adding a new target application 'Windows' and trying to save. It works for the time being. But when i reopen ginger that is not available

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Target application'
2. Add new target as windows
3. click Save.
4. Reopen ginger Target application as windows is not available

Expected behavior
Target application should get saved

Ginger version 2025.1
