from a hardware point of view, the project is composed by:
- APDS_9960
- 2 Shift Registers
- 2 Mini breadboard The shift registers are used to control Rows and Columns, one for each.
From a software point of view, in order to start the project you must have the library "Adafruit_APDS9960.h" here the instruction how import a library.
