Made info command more generic by splitting download sizes per languages, allowing clients to calculate estimated size with only one call per platform
respecting flags is still left to do
Progress will be handled by executor itself. V1 and Linux installer handlers will further modify how task executor works, but for now let it be the ground work for that
Guarantee workers_count is an int
In this commit only V2 is supported, for V1 executor needs more adjusting
