Add reproducibility info to pipeline status page

Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

• Adding the following columns to the work progress status page of the wiki :
  • excluded from NARPS analysis (yes or no)
  • reproducibility : rating (out of 4 ⭐) on the reproducibility of the pipeline + textual information about difficulties that may occur while reproducing the pipeline

Hi @elodiegermani !

As in this PR, I try to create alternatives to the shared google spreadsheet analysis_pipelines_for_analysis, so that it's easier to parse and display information about :

• team's pipeline descriptions
• comments about the pipeline from the NARPS analysis
• reproducibility of the pipelines

For now the latter part is incomplete because I'm not sure why some pipelines are marked as "not reproducible" in the original spreadsheet... Would you be able to tell me more about that ?
