DX12 rendering backend issue #1540

Description

@smallcoderofme

I'm learning Kha right now, and I have a problem with it: it has issues when using the DX12 rendering backend. I don't really understand the underlying Kinc, so I'm asking for help here:
Environment: Windows 10, supports DX12
IDE: VSCode
Kha version is the latest master branch.
Currently, compiling to HTML5, OpenGL, DX11 all works perfectly, no issues at all. It's just DX12 that has red flickering.
From my testing, it seems like this issue happens when the number of rendered objects reaches a certain amount. Once I comment out some of the rendered objects, the problem disappears.

The test scenario is "Sources/MiniGUISceneDemo.hx". As long as you comment out part of the display objects in the build() function, there’s no problem. But once the number gets bigger, you’ll see red flickering in the screenshots.
