The draft SWF model was pulled apart into a channel model (CHF) and an overland model (OLF). This PR revises mf6io accordingly. This will not go into the release version of mf6io.pdf.
The CHF and OLF chapters will be compiled and included in mf6io.pdf if there is a file called
develop.versionincluded in the mf6io directory. By default, the CHF and OLF chapters will not be included.Checklist of items for pull request
