Create startup video to introduce the game.

Normal Half-Life 1 has the intro "valve.webm" (avi in previous versions) with their company intro video. This is a good opportunity to make a short ~5 second or so animation to introduce the game.

Image is for example specifications for the video, I am not sure if you can go higher resolution than this.

I think this can only be done with the 25 yr anniversary update, unless im mistaken.
Right now there are no plans to switch over to that version, since it would require some bug fixing.
I could also be thinking of the menu background movie too.

I created this issue back before that was decided.
We can still copy specifications from the old .avi intro format and create a startup video? It may be nothing more than our logo faded in and back out to black.
