Update is to address a common question we get about Anyone links and their searchability prior to someone clicking the link. Example question below that will be addressed by this documentation update:

"It has been previously discussed about "People in your organization" links. They do not appear in user's search results or findable by Copilot until the user visits the link. Does the same apply to Anyone links? For example, if I share a link with Anyone selected, does that file show in search results and Copilot for anyone in my org without them first visiting the link? The documentation does not say one way or the other."
