Python and TypeScript SDK Support #1044

Description

@linear

Create first-class Python and TypeScript SDKs for OpenShell so developers can provision, manage, and interact with sandboxes programmatically without shelling out to the CLI. The SDKs should share a common rust core so that we're not re-implementing common business logic across clients.

The SDKs should support sandbox provisioning, lifecycle management, provider management, policy operations, connection flows, command execution, and other core OpenShell workflows. Both SDKs should provide idiomatic high-level APIs while preserving access to the underlying core capabilities, ensuring developers can use OpenShell naturally from the two most common agent-building environments.

    @maxdubrinsky any update on this issue? I'm particularly interested in exploring the python SDK for automation in k8s envs
