Update the documentation diagram linter to Mermaid 12.2.0 and refresh its transitive dependencies, including KaTeX 0.18.10. Raise the existing DOMPurify override to 3.4.17.

• git diff --check.

Validation used Node 24.15.0. Git hooks were skipped with explicit maintainer authorization.
