Lifecycle marketing, CRM and retention for DTC brands.

I’m the founder of Repeat Foundry, based in Nairobi, Kenya. My work focuses on helping brands earn the next purchase through useful customer communication and clear lifecycle journeys.

What I focus on

  • Email and SMS: welcome sequences, abandoned-cart flows and post-purchase education.
  • Customer retention: segmentation, second-purchase journeys and win-back planning.
  • CRM and automation: organized customer data, follow-up workflows and measurement plans.
  • Klaviyo: translating customer-journey strategy into practical flow designs.

Featured GitHub project

Would you send it? A three-minute email review →

Compare fictional drafts and see what still needs checking before release. A short, self-directed exercise for ecommerce teams; no Python or account access required.

Repeat Foundry Email Preflight →

A local, dependency-free email QA checker with fictional before/after examples, automated tests, and a practical lifecycle handoff template. It flags selected link, tracking, image-alt, and personalization risks, then makes the remaining platform checks explicit.

This is a self-directed, AI-assisted work sample. It does not access customer accounts, send emails, or establish client results. See the source, examples, and limits.

Checkout-reminder decision QA →

A second runnable work sample with 30 fictional scenarios for consent, suppression, purchase timing, delay, cooldown, and missing data. The source, expected decisions, report, and decision log are public and reproducible. These fixture results do not establish production performance or authorize real sends.

Free retention resources

These are educational tools and fictional demonstrations, not paid-client case studies or performance claims.

How I can help

Scoped Klaviyo flow audits, post-purchase email copy, lifecycle specifications and pre-launch QA for Shopify/DTC brands and agencies. Deliverables start with a defined question, documented assumptions and a clear handoff.
