What is the context of this PR?
Fixes #2797
This PR updates the issue templates to fix the bug that issue labels and projects are not automatically being added. Ive also added the "Triage" label as this didn't exist before and fixes an issue with one of the links in the issue template not being displayed correctly.
Also converts the bug issue template to use dropdowns instead of checkboxes to get around github thinking we are using tasklists.
And fixes some code formatting and the removal of whitespace needed the snapshot to be updated
