What is the context of this PR?
Upgrades to ruff v0.9.1 and fixes one of the issues blocking our dependabot PR: #1577. Fix needed was for RUF022, sorting of strings within
__all__.Needed to add an ignore for ruff rule A005 (Reusing a builtin module name for the name of a module) which will need to be addressed in future.
Upgrading our dependencies also meant that our mypy check started to fail, so have added a fix for the
Enum members must be left unannotatedrule.How to review
