Error adding geometa for NITF files

An error occurs when adding geometa for NITF files in my dataset:

ERROR 1: Unable to open JPEG2000 image within NITF file.
One or several JPEG2000 capable drivers are available but the datastream could not be opened successfully.
You can define the NITF_OPEN_UNDERLYING_DS configuration option to NO, in order to just get the metadata.

Indeed, running Girder with the environment variable NITF_OPEN_UNDERLYING_DS=NO set avoids the error.

@msmolens we do not support NITF as of now. You should be able to convert NITF to GeoTiff. Talk to David Stoup or Rusty for more information on it. Send me an email on what data / project you are referring here.

@msmolens Can you share the NITF file with me? If yes I can try to write an integration test for it (If I can clip it and make it small).
