Stoping/snoozing the alarm after pressing on the notification

If the app is backgrounded when the alarm rings, the notification is being shown with the two action buttons (snooze and stop). If the user clicks on the notification instead, and they're taken to the app, the app itself gives no options to stop or snooze the alarm, yet the alarm carries on ringing in the background. The user has to return to the notification and choose an action from there. It would be more intuitive an a better user experience to have a landing page with the two actions (snooze and stop) for when the user navigates back to the app through the ringing alarm notification.
