Yes, I tried exactly that, and exactly the same thing happens

1. Careful! The free model you're using has a backdoor in it (["Dead Town"]["Large Tree"].Part.Snap.PoseTexture & ["Dead Town"]["Large Tree"].Part.Snap.PoseTexture.TextureConfiguration contain disguised malicious code!)

2. I've been able to confirm your issue:
   As far as I can tell, the culprit is the big number of same-named descendants (there's a lot of descendants just called "Part").

While I work on a fix for this, the solution is to disambiguate the Instance names. Selecting the model and running this in the command bar will fix it:

Running azul pack & then azul build after doing the disambiguating fix builds it with no issues.
