- Rescue: take over undocumented or legacy systems, work out how they run, and modernise them
Before going freelance, I was lead full-stack engineer at an industrial gas-analysis manufacturer. There I reverse-engineered undocumented BASIC and Assembly systems and found and fixed an active security vulnerability.
