Please describe your role and what you want to do
The sourmash lookup currently will include all samples in the upload directory.

Describe the solution you'd like
The respective sourmash needs to move them to another directory if they do not pass the QC.

Additional context
Sourmash files must removed (not moved) when samples are removed.
