[Snyk] Dependency updates on template-retail-react-app

Snyk has opened a few PRs on some dependencies in the template-retail-react-app:

This PR updates the nanoid dependency from 3.3.4 to 3.3.8

This also overrides a nested dependency of react-router-dom (the alternative would've been bumping react-router-dom up a major version which seems excessive when just bumping the version of the nested dependency does the same thing)

• The nested dependency bumps path-to-regexp from 1.7 to 1.9
