Bumps package.json to 1.12.1 and moves the
## [Unreleased]notes under the 1.12.1 heading.To release:
v1.xwithdry-run: false. It tags the merge commit, cuts the GitHub release, and stages all three packages.pnpm stage approve.If v1.x moves before this merges, re-dispatch with

Overview
Prepares v1.12.1 by bumping
package.jsonfrom 1.12.0 to 1.12.1 and publishing the pending release notes inCHANGELOG.md.The former Unreleased entry is now ## [1.12.1] (2026-10-29), documenting an update to the bundled Coana CLI v15.13.3. No application or CLI source changes appear in this diff—only version and changelog metadata for the npm/GitHub release flow.
