docs({react,preact,angular,solid,svelte,vue}-query): describe when the 'Defined' and 'Undefined' 'initialData' overloads are selected - #12460
Updates the JSDoc of the initialData overloads so it matches how the overloads are actually selected. A ternary such as initialData: cond ? data : undefined sets initialData but selects the Undefined overload, and so does a function that may return undefined (e.g. () => cache.get(key)), so "is set" / "no initialData is set" described the wrong condition.
queryOptions / infiniteQueryOptions and useQuery / createQuery / injectQuery / createInfiniteQuery in React, Preact, Angular, Solid, Svelte and Vue:
"selected when initialData is set" → "selected when initialData is known to be defined"
"selected when no initialData is set" → "selected when initialData is omitted, may be undefined, or is a function that may return undefined"
UnusedSkipToken options in React, Preact and Angular: moved "queryFn is not skipToken" before the initialData conditions so it applies to all of them.
@param of the Defined overloads in both the regular and infinite APIs: "with initialData set" → "with initialData known to be defined".
Regenerated the reference docs for the affected adapters.

This change is docs/CI/dev-only (no release).
Summary by CodeRabbit
Documentation
Clarified across framework guides that defined-data query options apply when initialData is known to be defined. Documentation also distinguishes omitted or potentially undefined initial data—including functions that may return undefined—and explains when query data may remain undefined.
Clarified how select can affect whether returned data includes undefined, and refined guidance on missing query functions and fetching behavior.
Updated source references to reflect current locations.
Merging this PR will not cause a version bump for any packages. If these changes should not result in a new version, you're good to go. If these changes should result in a version bump, you need to add a changeset.

The pull request updates package JSDoc and framework reference pages to clarify initial-data overload conditions, preserve data-type qualifications, and correct source links. It changes documentation only; runtime behavior and public signatures remain unchanged.
Package JSDoc now describes defined initialData as known to be defined. It also documents omitted or potentially undefined values and functions that may return undefined.
Reference pages align overload descriptions and data qualifications with package documentation. They also update source links to current declaration locations.
