feat({solid,svelte}-query-devtools): add './production' entry to lazy load the devtools in production builds - #12530
@tanstack/solid-query-devtools and @tanstack/svelte-query-devtools now have a ./production entry, like @tanstack/react-query-devtools. It lets apps lazy load the devtools in production builds.
@tanstack/solid-query-devtools
Add src/production.tsx, which exports SolidQueryDevtools and SolidQueryDevtoolsPanel without the process.env.NODE_ENV gate.
Build production alongside index in tsdown.config.ts.
Split exports into ".", "./production" and "./package.json".
Add .attw.json that ignores no-resolution, the same as react-query-devtools. The node10 resolution ignores exports, so it cannot resolve subpaths.
@tanstack/svelte-query-devtools
Rename Devtools.svelte to SvelteQueryDevtools.svelte, following ReactQueryDevtools.tsx. It no longer checks DEV; it still checks BROWSER.
Move the DEV gate into src/index.ts, following react-query-devtools. When DEV is false, it exports a component that renders nothing.
Add src/production.ts, which exports the component without the gate.
Add ./production to exports, and ignore no-resolution in .attw.json.
Add a test that the main entry does not export the devtools component when DEV is false.
Docs
Add a "Devtools in production" section to the Solid and Svelte devtools docs.
In the Svelte docs, explain that the devtools only render in development.
The examples use Object.assign(window, ...) so they type-check without @ts-expect-error.
No actionable comments were generated in the recent review.
Walkthrough
Solid and Svelte Query Devtools add production package entries for loading devtools on demand. The Svelte default export now selects an empty function outside development, while browser-side setup remains enabled. Both framework guides document production loading examples.
The default export selects the devtools component in development and an empty function otherwise. Browser-side setup no longer requires development mode. The test checks the non-development export, and the test wrapper imports the renamed component module.
Production entries and package exports packages/solid-query-devtools/package.json, packages/solid-query-devtools/src/production.tsx, packages/solid-query-devtools/tsdown.config.ts, packages/solid-query-devtools/.attw.json, packages/svelte-query-devtools/package.json, packages/svelte-query-devtools/src/production.ts, packages/svelte-query-devtools/.attw.json, .changeset/*
Solid and Svelte add ./production exports. The Solid entry exports its devtools, panel, and panel options type, and the production build includes that entry. The Svelte entry exports its component. Both packages add no-resolution to attw ignore rules, and the changeset declares minor releases.
Production loading examples docs/framework/solid/devtools.md, docs/framework/svelte/devtools.md
The guides document toggling devtools and loading the production entry on demand. The Solid guide also describes the panel export and TypeScript module-resolution options. The Svelte guide states that the default component renders nothing in production.

Stop the import callback after unmount.
If the component unmounts before the import resolves, the callback passes a cleared ref to devtools.mount. Solid then throws, causing an unhandled promise rejection. Track teardown and skip the callback when the component has unmounted.

Track whether the SvelteQueryDevtools component has unmounted during the
asynchronous import flow, and skip the import callback before it calls
devtools.mount if teardown has occurred. Preserve the existing mount behavior
while the component is active.
The identity check can pass for a different component that renders content. With DEV false, render ProductionDevtools and assert that it produces no content.

Replace the identity-only assertion in the `DEV`-false test with a render of
`ProductionDevtools` and an assertion that it produces no content. Keep the test
focused on the production export’s rendered behavior rather than comparing it
with `Devtools`.
The export test imports only the root entry. If ./production later forwards the root entry, that test will still pass while production devtools render nothing. Add a test that imports ./production with DEV: false and checks that the devtools mount.

Add a test for the production entry that imports `./production` with `DEV` set
to false and verifies that `SvelteQueryDevtools` mounts. Ensure the test
exercises the production entry directly rather than relying only on the
root-entry export test.

Use a type-compatible inert component for the fallback.
The fallback function does not satisfy the constructor signature in typeof Devtools. The package’s compile command therefore fails. Replace it with a type-compatible inert component.
