• Download the latest version, unzip it to the desktop and run the installer

• Unzip it to the desktop and then go to maven\com\revrobotics\frc and move the folders into the C:\Users\Public\wpilib\2021\maven\com\revrobotics\frc directory on windows. then go into the vendordeps folder and copy the json file into the C:\Users\Public\wpilib\2021\vendordeps directory on windows. If it askes, select replace files in destination.
