Makes chats (DMs, GCs) behave like servers do.
Allows you to rearrange them however you want, or group them into customizable folders.

Folders can be given any name or color, and behaves like any server folder would.

been using this privately for a minute so most edge cases should already have been addressed, only just decided to contribute in case anyone else wants to use it. Compatible with PinDMs, lmk if I missed anything.
