+This is the follow up book of Coach to Coach. Again it is a nice story about a coach that needs to ramp up a football team and struggles a lot with the players. It is a nice book because it drwas the connection to the business life and culture. There are some good takeaways how to build a stronger team and some simple rituals you can create to achieve this.
