Bump @abap2ui5/linter to 0.8.2 and remove the render-error waiver it made stale - #86

…made stale 489 (z2ui5/cc/Websocket) renders clean with 0.8.2's companion-control stand-ins. 314 in src/02 renders clean too; the folder stays excluded as the Smart Controls package, and the config now says why the linter notes that waiver as stale.
