Welcome to the AboutCode documentation.

We need a short intro that ties together everything we cover in this RTD and describes in general terms the connection between this RTD and the informal (i.e., not a legal entity) ``AboutCode.org`` (https://www.aboutcode.org), which is applying as ``AboutCode.org`` to participate in `GSoD 2020 <https://developers.google.com/season-of-docs>`_.
This set of documents provides an overview of the AboutCode Projects sponsored by
AboutCode.org (https://www.aboutcode.org), as well as references to the various GitHub project
sites that maintain the actual projects and their documentation.

Welcome to the AboutCode documentation!
All community contributions are welcome. Note that AboutCode.org is applying to participate in
the 2020 Google Season of Docs (`GSoD 2020 <https://developers.google.com/season-of-docs>`_).
