Support rust makepkg’s .SRCINFO files

This also seems similar to PKGBUILD files too, same attribute names.

Hi! I'd like to work on this issue.

My plan:

1. Create SrcinfoHandler to parse .SRCINFO files from Arch Linux makepkg
2. Support pkgbase and pkgname sections
3. Extract name, version, dependencies, sources, checksums
4. Handle architecture-specific fields (e.g., depends_x86_64)
5. Add comprehensive tests with real AUR examples
6. Submit PR
