Update "ScanCode Output Format" page to sync with the "All Scan Output Options"

The document "How to specify ScanCode Output Format" needs to be updated.

This page doesn't contains all the scan output options listed in https://scancode-toolkit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/rst_snippets/output_format_options.html#all-scan-output-options

We need to either update in details or at least provide reference back to the "All Scan Output Options" page.

Do we want to remove the --html-app references from all the docs such as

as this option is gone from the, scancode -h, help text
