Add is_legal and all "classify" attributes to Resource model

We need to add the "is_legal" and all "classify" attributes when running a "scan_single_package" in ScanCode.io.

This should also be part of the output of the api/projects/<...>/summary/ endpoint, (this likely will come for free)

Could you enter a ticket on the DejaCode side with clarification about the addition and usage of those fields in the DejaCode context, as the SCIO Resource model is not available in DJC.
Key file data from the summary is only used to render the Scan tab, it is not stored.
