In the Package details page of the UI, we want to include the latest "compatible" non-vulnerable version (if one exists) for the Package whose vulnerability-related details the page is displaying.
We'll need to define what we mean by "compatible". Comments and suggestions are welcome and requested. ;-)
Like many of our recent UI improvements, this will also be reflected in the API.
