VCIO-next: Migrate Advisory aliases from JSON field to M2M relationship

Filtering based on the advisory aliases is excruciatingly slow due to the JSON field.

The simple way to test this is to follow the below steps after installing VulnerableCode (https://github.com/aboutcode-org/vulnerablecode?tab=readme-ov-file#run-with-docker):

1. Run pipeline to import alpine advisory docker compose exec vulnerablecode ./manage.py import nginx_importer
2. Launch a shell docker compose exec vulnerablecode ./manage.py shell
3. Run the code below to view advisory alias relationship.

   >>> models.Advisory.objects.first().aliases.all()
